A special student discount of 20 percent is offered on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flights to China, along with an 80 kg baggage limit, in honor of International Students Day.
Now, every Sunday, the national flag carrier flies from Islamabad to Beijing and back. This information was released by the government on Saturday.
Ali Imran expressed his joy at the deal and mentioned that many Pakistani students are studying in China and will take advantage of it over their winter vacations.
During their journeys between the two countries, the students could also benefit from an increase in baggage allowance.
A spokeswoman for Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced on November 6 that the national flag carrier’s flight schedule has been fully restored following weeks of fuel supply problems, thanks to Pakistan State Oil (PSO).
No PIA flight from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or any other airport is canceled today, the spokesperson stated in a statement. The message went on to say that every flight has been scheduled and operates on time.
In just three weeks, PIA had to cancel more than 800 flights due to the fuel crisis and financial problems. The “loss” incurred by Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) was Rs. 10 billion.
