Gold prices rise amid shifts in global and local markets

The gold market in Pakistan saw steady but high prices on Tuesday, with 24K gold being sold at Rs 270,000 per tola, as per the rates provided by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). The price for 10 grams of 24K gold was Rs 231,490.

Additionally, 1 gram of 24K gold was priced at Rs 23,149.

For 22K gold, the rate per tola was Rs 247,500, while 10 grams traded at Rs 212,199.

21K gold was priced at Rs 236,250 per tola, and 18K gold was selling at Rs 202,500 per tola.

An ounce of 24K gold was being traded for Rs 656,100.

In contrast, silver prices in Pakistan saw a slight dip on Tuesday, with 10 grams of silver priced at Rs 2,752.1, and 1 tola of silver being traded for Rs 3,210.

The rate for 24K silver per gram was Rs 275.21.

Meanwhile, 22K silver was priced at Rs 252 per gram, and 21K silver was trading at Rs 241 per gram.
