In the upcoming series “Jaan-e-Jahan,” the much-anticipated reunion of Ayeza Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi, the beloved on-screen pair from the popular Pakistani drama “Pyarey Afzal,” will finally take place. The couple’s reunion after 11 years has delighted their fans.

Award-winning actor Ayeza Khan shared the show’s teaser with her fans on social media to share her excitement about the project. She wrote: “Happy to share Jaan-e-Jahan, my newest project! Insha Allah, this one is going to be huge. reuniting with Hamza Ali Abbasi ten years after our smash single Pyarey Afzal. I’m very happy to be reuniting with my favorite co-star!”

While information regarding the story and characters in “Jaan-e-Jahan” is still scant, viewers can expect to see Ayeza Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi reunited on screen in what is sure to be another popular drama serial.

Abbasi had announced on social media that Jaan-e-Jahan will be his return to television. The trailer includes narration by Humayun Saeed and has a 2019 Alif mood. The project’s airing date and additional information have not yet been disclosed.

Fans have been waiting impatiently for the reunited appearance of the adored on-screen couple, and Khan earlier declared her desire for a Pyarey Afzal 2 to happen. Fans are eager to see Khan and Abbasi together again even if Jaan-e-Jahan isn’t a sequel. The drama series Pyarey Afzal, which was written by the contentious author Khalilur Rehman Qamar and directed by Nadeem Baig, featured them in key roles.

In addition to Mere Meherbaan, Pyarey Afzal, Koi Chand Rakh, Yaariyan, and Chupke Chupke, Khan also starred in several other blockbuster projects the most well-known of which is Mere Paas Tum Ho. Abbasi recently made an appearance in the hugely successful movie The Tale of Maulaa Jutt.
