ISLAMABAD: The beneficiaries of the Benazir Kafalat have received more quarterly assistance thanks to the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP).
The amount of quarterly support has been raised from Rs7,000 to Rs8,500, according to a BISP official.
The nine million beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Program have begun receiving their January–March installment payments. For this quarter, the government has set aside more than Rs83 billion.
Also, the Benazir Education Stipend’s quarterly payment is being made accessible. Moreover, stipends will be given to children of BISP beneficiaries who maintain attendance rates of more than 70%.
The Habib Bank ATMs or designated sites will provide the recipients in Islamabad, Punjab province, Sindh, and Balochistan with their payout amount.
Whereas Bank Al Falah would distribute these funds to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan’s beneficiaries. The recipients have been urged to total their benefits and obtain a receipt.
