The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has moved and posted 36 tax officers from the Inland Revenue Service (BS-19-20), including Commissioners with immediate effect.
The FBR published a notification in this regard on Wednesday. The letter states that commissioners of internal revenue have changed in large taxpayer offices, medium taxpayer offices, corporate tax offices, and regional tax offices all over the nation.
Four senior customs employees, including the Director General of the Directorate General of Intelligence & Investigation, had their notices about their transfers and postings withdrawn by FBR last month.
