The new Over-The-Top (OTT) platform SHOQ has been introduced by Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), a part of e& (formerly known as Etisalat Group), to offer all data customers in Pakistan a more enjoyable and immersive viewing experience. In keeping with PTCL’s goal of enabling digital transformation for all, SHOQ maintains a comprehensive archive of carefully chosen content that is open to all users.
Hatem Bamatraf, president and group CEO of PTCL & Ufone, Olivier Bramly, Khalifa Al Shamsi, president and CEO of e&life, Maaz Sheikh, CEO and co-founder of STARZPLAY, and other top PTCL & Ufone officials attended the launch of the new platform in Karachi. Through its collaboration with evasion, the media and entertainment arm of e& life, SHOQ is bridging the gap in access to high-quality content at reasonable pricing in Pakistan (part of e&).
